Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Isamu San Chai (ranked 4507 p4p, 4492 weight class) and Tony Clifton (ranked 518 p4p, 517 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Isamu San Chai!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tony Clifton!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Jorge Garcia and Reed Andrews.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chai throws a hook but Clifton avoids it easily.
Chai misses with a looping left.
Chai throws a lazy uppercut
and Clifton counters with a stiff right hand.

It looks like Isamu San Chai has been cut.
Clifton avoids a punch combination nicely.
Clifton has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Chai is landing a low percentage of strikes.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Chai checks a leg kick.
Clifton displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Chai throws out the jab.
Clifton tries a quick counter leg kick but Chai is wise to it.
Clifton takes one on the chin but seems OK.

It looks like Tony Clifton has been cut.
Chai throws a hook but Clifton avoids it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Clifton throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Chai.
Chai seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Clifton slips under a jab from Chai.
Chai has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Chai there as he acknowledges the shot.
Chai comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Chai throws a body shot but no joy.
Clifton thuds his shin into the meat of Chai's side.
Chai scores with a jab to the body.
Clifton swings for the body but Chai moves out of range.
Clifton scores with a nice body kick.
Clifton lands with a thumping leg kick.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Chai crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Clifton - the referee stops the clock and Chai gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Clifton. Chai manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Chai misses with a right hand
and Clifton counters with an outside leg kick.

Chai closes the distance and clinches.
Chai is trying to force a seperation but Clifton has the dominant position.
Chai lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Clifton backwards.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Clifton throws a punch but it's blocked by Chai.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Clifton tries to throw a body punch but Chai avoids it by throwing Clifton back against the ropes.
Clifton gets through Chai's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Chai lands a left hand that snaps the head of Clifton backwards.
A right hook to the body lands for Chai.
Chai lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Clifton tries to throw a body punch but Chai avoids it by throwing Clifton back against the ropes.
Chai blocks an uppercut.

Chai creates a bit of space and cracks Clifton with an uppercut that drops him to the canvas! Clifton is wobbled and seems to be struggling to get back to his feet. 3,4,5. He's up! Phew, his manager will be relieved but they're no doubt wondering whether he'll be able to recover properly and get back in the fight!

Clifton takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Clifton tries to get into range but Chai steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Clifton! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Chai scores the big KO victory!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Isamu San Chai!
A very excited looking Isamu San Chai made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
