Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Braynas Hlervu (ranked 40 p4p, 97 weight class) and Heismann Haa (ranked 2 p4p, 5 weight class). Hlervu comes to the cage accompanied by Al Qawlu Qawlu Sawarim. Haa has chosen Her kommer Heismann Hå as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Braynas Hlervu has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Braynas Hlervu seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Heismann Haa!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, James Atkins and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haa tries to clinch up but Hlervu circles away and keeps his distance.
Hlervu throws a big counter combination but Haa scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Haa tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Haa takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

The fighters circling - Haa throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Hlervu throws a big counter combination but Haa scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

and Haa takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Haa swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Hlervu counters with a lovely shot to the body.
A low kick from Haa misses
and Hlervu counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Haa connects with a leg kick.
Hlervu has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Haa throws a lazy uppercut
and Hlervu counters with a nice body shot.

Haa swings widly with a right hand
and Hlervu counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Haa misses with the body kick
and Hlervu scores with a counter punch that sends Haa to the canvas! Hlervu smells blood - he's punishing Haa with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Haa has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Braynas Hlervu!

In his post fight interview, Braynas Hlervu gave a big smile as he said '114 IQ'.
