Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jeff Lee (ranked 1425 p4p, 737 weight class) and Dick Niaz (ranked 152 p4p, 85 weight class). Lee's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Doomsday Clock. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Dick Niaz enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Lee.
Niaz drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Lee defends it well.
Lee throws a head kick that misses.

Lee throws an elbow but it misses.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Dick Niaz.
Lee pulls out of a head kick attempt.
And Niaz tries to counter it with a takedown but Lee pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Lee throws a punch but it's blocked by Niaz.
Lee misses with a short punch on the inside.
Lee throws an elbow but it misses.
Lee pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Niaz stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Niaz is trying to pull guard but Lee has him pressed against the cage.
Lee throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Lee is looking to break free of the clinch but Niaz has double underhooks.
A head punch on the inside from Lee fails to land.
Lee pushes off an throws an elbow but Niaz leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

Niaz has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Lee uses from the top position.

Niaz is looking to cinch up a triangle. Lee throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Niaz's body to avoid the submission. Niaz has instead reached around Lee's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Niaz arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
