The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Despite the aggression on Custer's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

Custer displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rodgers throws out the jab.

Rodgers postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Custer in real trouble here! The ref calls for Custer to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!

After the fight, Keith Rodgers was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
