Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Drago (ranked 1248 p4p, 1435 weight class) and Trouble Somer (ranked 148 p4p, 166 weight class). Drago comes into the arena with Drago Theme blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, William Peck and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drago on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

I was talking to Drago's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Drago swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Somer blocks a low kick nicely.
Somer feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Dragos jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Somer lands a left and a right that sends Drago crashing to the canvas! Somer dives into mount looking to finish!
It looks like Ivan Drago has been cut.

Somer quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Somer but it's paid off an Drago is forced to tap! Nice work by Somer.
