Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ray White (ranked 698 p4p, 2544 weight class) and Jarron Faith (ranked 28 p4p, 174 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think White might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to HonestKey- Change. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White swings for the body but Faith moves out of range.
Faith misses with a double jab.
White drops down looking for a counter takedown but Faith sprawls and moves away.
Faith misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from White.
Faith misses with a looping right.

and White counters with a nice double leg into side control. Faith won't be happy with that.
Faith felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
White tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
White lands a few punches from side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Faith takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

White lands a nice forearm strike.
White creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
White tries to move to mount but Faith blocks the move with his legs.

White has knee on belly and moves into mount.

White is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Faith is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Faith flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. White anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Faith and secures both hooks! This could be bad! White slips an arm under Faith chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. White has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. White is squeezing on Faith like an anaconda would it's prey. Faith fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Ray White!
