Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Obi Ojo (ranked 1299 p4p, 4135 weight class) and Tommy Jenkins (ranked 152 p4p, 443 weight class). The key to victory for Obi Ojo has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Obi Ojo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tommy Jenkins! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Albert Achterberg and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch combination from Ojo misses. Jenkins is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Ojo misses with an uppercut. Jenkins saw that one coming. Jenkins tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Jenkins shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Ojo uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jenkins. Ojo swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Jenkins tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ojo swats him away and circles back towards the center. Ojo is looking to counter punch. Ojo lands with a slapping head kick.
It looks like Tommy Jenkins has been cut. Ojo is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jenkins. A left lands for Ojo. Ojo lands with an overhand left. A jab from Ojo misses. Ojo scores with a hook. Jenkins tries to clinch but Ojo moves out of range. Ojo explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Ojo definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A slow jab from Jenkins misses its intended target. Ojo scores with the left hand. Jenkins knows he should have avoided that one. Jenkins misses with the combination.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ojo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Jenkins is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Ojo with a body shot. Ojo misses the jab. Ojo lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Jenkins tries to clinch but Ojo is having none of it. Jenkins misses with a hook
and Ojo counters with a lovely straight right hand! Ojo swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Jenkins bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Jenkins is looking to clinch. Jenkins darts in and clinches Ojo up against the cage. Ojo blocks an elbow strike from Jenkins.

Jenkins with a hook. Ojo looks to throw the jab but Jenkins is out of range. The fighters circling - Jenkins throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Ojo throws a leg kick which misses Jenkins's front leg but catches the back leg as Jenkins tries to avoid it. Ojo connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ojo blocks a low kick nicely. Jenkins has Ojo up against the cage in a clinch.

Ojo is trying to break free. Jenkins creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Ojo's defenses. Jenkins misses with an elbow strike.

Ojo lands an overhand right. Ojo keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Jenkins. A slapping leg kick lands for Ojo.
Ojo is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Ojo uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Jenkins. Jenkins just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromOjo. Ojo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Jenkins throws out the jab. Ojo throws a hook but Jenkins blocks it. Jenkins misses with a head kick.

Ojo keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Jenkins. Ojo swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Jenkins drives through and clinches with Ojo against the cage.

Ojo breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Ojo misses with a hook. Jenkins fails in his attempt to clinch. Jenkins ducks under a wild hook from Ojo. A looping hook to the body misses from Ojo. Jenkins does a little dance to reset his feet. Jenkins tries to bum rush Ojo with a series of wild strikes but Ojo uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Jenkins gets a clinch. Jenkins misses with an elbow strike.
Ojo letting Jenkins take a breather here. Ojo escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Obi Ojo dominated that round. The cut man is working on Tommy Jenkins's cut. That's time! Back to the action! Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Ojo, as that shot connected.
Jenkins ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Jenkins misses the jab. Ojo is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Jenkins can do to turn this around? Jenkins misses with an uppercut. Ojo saw that one coming. Jenkins thows a left - swing and a miss! Jenkins misses with a series of wild punches.
Ojo lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Jenkins misses the jab. The fighters circling - Jenkins throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Jenkins takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A lazy body kick from Jenkins and Ojo cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
That has opened up Tommy Jenkins's cut even more. Ojo checks a low kick from Jenkins. Ojo lands a head kick!

That's one minute gone in the round. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Ojo. Jenkins shrugs it off though. Jenkins gets in close and instigates a clinch. Jenkins missing with knees to the body.

Jenkins is trying to maintain a safe position but Ojo gets an underhook and turns Jenkins into the cage. Ojo dodges an elbow strike from Jenkins.
Ojo tries to break the clinch but Jenkins is controlling the position. Jenkins throws an elbow but it misses.
Jenkins pushes off an throws an elbow but Ojo leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Jenkins is looking to control Ojo's arms but Ojo gets an underhook and turns him. Now Jenkins has his back to the cage. Tommy Jenkins seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Ojo breaks from the clinch.
Ojo misses with a body shot.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Jenkins! But no joy. Ojo connects with a looping right hand.
A nice combination there by Ojo.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ojo jabbing away but nothing is landing. Ojo cracks Jenkins with an open hand slap. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Ojo here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Ojo connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ojo swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Jenkins only half commits to the counter leg kick. Ojo throws a shot from downtown. Jenkins moves away and avoids it. Jenkins looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Ojo throws a good cross that connects.
The cut above Tommy Jenkins's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Nice jab there from Ojo. Ojo misses with a series of wild punches.
It seemed like Jenkins was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Jenkins swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Ojo connects with a single shot there. Ojo lands a left and a right that send Jenkins crashing to the mat, dazed. Ojo thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Jenkins is rocked! Jenkins has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Jenkins looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Jenkins is still on wobbly legs! Can Ojo finish him? Jenkins looks to land a combination but Ojo avoids it well. Jenkins tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ojo swats him away and circles back towards the center. Ojo jabs Jenkins right on the nose. Jenkins blinks but takes it well.
Tommy Jenkins's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Jenkins misses with a looping right. Ojo swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. BAM! Ojo delivers a spinning backfist that drops Jenkins like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Spinning Backfist). Obi Ojo! Obi Ojo decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
