Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lonnie Curry!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dan McLaughlin!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Ben Zyskovitsi and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from McLaughlin misses.
McLaughlin throws a lazy right hand but Curry sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Curry was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
McLaughlin misses with a hook. Curry ducked under it nicely.
Curry swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
McLaughlin throws a right hand that misses
and McLaughlin takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
McLaughlin misses with a shot to the body
letting Curry counter with a right hand.
McLaughlin rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Curry counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McLaughlin throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

McLaughlin loads up on a big right hand but Curry slips the punch.

McLaughlin stuns Curry with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
McLaughlin looks to score with a jab to the body but Curry is just out of range.
McLaughlin misses with a shot to the body
and Curry counters with a nice right hand that sends McLaughlin toppling to the canvas! McLaughlin scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Curry finish him?!

A little feinted left hand from Curry on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
McLaughlin pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Curry swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
McLaughlin misses with a left hand
and Curry counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks McLaughlin out cold! What a finish! Curry is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Lonnie Curry!
Lonnie Curry gave a mention to Northern Zombie in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
