The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gora stuns Potku with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Potku throws a looping overhand right but Gora ducks down to avoid it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Potku tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Gora lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Gora will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Potku is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Gora is just riding it out for now. Potku eventually gives up the hold.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gora is looking to escape.

Gora is defending against the submission attempts here by Potku.
Gora wants to get back to his feet.

Gora manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Potku keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
Potku is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Gora gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Gora manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Potku is looking to control Gora's arms but Gora gets an underhook and turns him. Now Potku has his back to the cage.

Gora lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Gora.

Potku stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Gora.
Potku connects with a good right hand that stumbles Gora. Gora circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Gora stalks Potku and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Potku's face. Potku staggers backwards, shaken.

Potku is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Potku throws a low kick but Gora avoids it.

Potku tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Gora is able to avoid easily.

Potku throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Gora appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Borowa Gora is winning the standup battle so far.
Potku turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Gora has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Potku.

Gora takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Potku is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Gora.

That was a close second round but I would say that Borowa Gora will probably get the nod.
That's time! Gora's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Potku misses with an uppercut. Gora saw that one coming.
A little feinted left hand from Gora on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Gora takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Sloppy strikes from Gora. Those never looked like landing.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Gora! Potku is out on his feet! Gora rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Potku is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Potku is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Borowa Gora decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
