Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Presley Chai!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 11 - 1, fighting out of London, Genkei Takahashi!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Phil Schofield and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takahashi falls off balance throwing a combination
and Chai cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Chai scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Takahashi tries to improve position but can't.
Chai working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Takahashi is looking to reverse the position.
Chai looks up at the clock and then as Takahashi takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Chai smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Chai gets to mount! Takahashi was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
Chai looking to finish Takahashi with some ground and pound. This is bad for Takahashi!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Takahashi is trying desperately to improve position.
We've been hearing that Chai has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Takahashi manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Chai working Takahashi over with strikes.
Takahashi felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Takahashi is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Chai working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Takahashi is rocked!
Takahashi trying to get back to full guard but Chai takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount!
Chai postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Takahashi in real trouble here! The ref calls for Takahashi to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Presley Chai!
An out of breath Presley Chai thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
