Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mengrire Krenakore (ranked 787 p4p, 1934 weight class) and Senger Line (ranked 62 p4p, 240 weight class). Line has chosen For Heavy Metal we will die! as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mengrire Krenakore!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Senger Line!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Glass and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krenakore digs a good hook to Line's body.
Krenakore throws a lazy uppercut
and Line cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Krenakore thows a left - swing and a miss!
Krenakore fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Line throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Line is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Krenakore.

Krenakore digs a good body shot into Line's ribs.
Line staying out of range there.
Line looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Line looks to land a left hand but Krenakore moved out of range nicely.
Krenakore looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Line has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Line throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Krenakore sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Krenakore rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Line counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Line connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Mengrire Krenakore seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Line takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
A punch lands to the side of Krenakore 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Line gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Krenakore.

Line lands a really nice looking cross but Krenakore seems unphased.

Line might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Line tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Krenakore swivels and escapes.

Krenakore throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Line stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Krenakore fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Line manages to avoid it.

and Line counters with a nice low kick that buckles Krenakore's knee momentarily.

Line lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Krenakore throws a lazy right hand but Line sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Line looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Line takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Line is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Krenakore had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.

Krenakore lands with a straight right. Line didn't see that one coming.
Line shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Krenakore napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Krenakore throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!

Line fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Krenakore checks it well.
Krenakore works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Line takes a swing at Krenakore's ribcage but misses.
A shot to the body from Krenakore misses
letting Line counter with a right hand.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Krenakore stuffs the takedown attempt from Line. Line gets slowly back to his feet.
Krenakore swings for the body but Line moves out of range.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Mengrire Krenakore will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Krenakore fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Krenakore avoids the head kick by Line.
Line looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Krenakore avoids a kick to the body.
Line takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Krenakore, as that shot connected.

Krenakore lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Krenakore swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Krenakore misses with a wild body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Line throws a head kick but Krenakore moves out of range.
A jab from Krenakore finds it's way through Line's defenses.
Line shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Krenakore is trying to defend but Line finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Krenakore manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Line keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Krenakore breaks the clinch.
Krenakore throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Line tries a quick counter leg kick but Krenakore is wise to it.
Krenakore is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Line can do to turn this around?
Line takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Line is rocked!
Krenakore swings for the body but Line moves out of range.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Krenakore!
Line is still on wobbly legs! Can Krenakore finish him?
A looping hook to the body misses from Krenakore. Line does a little dance to reset his feet.
Krenakore wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Krenakore drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Line right on the button. Line goes down! Krenakore follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Krenakore gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mengrire Krenakore!
