Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aboubacar Mandiang (ranked 1055 p4p, 2597 weight class) and Mark Kerr (ranked 42 p4p, 123 weight class). Mandiang comes into the arena with Oliver Twist blaring out of the sound system. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kerr gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Mandiang counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Kerr thinking.

Mandiang connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Mandiang uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Kerr fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
It looks like Mandiang has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Kerr looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Mandiang connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Kerr momentarily.
Mandiang lands with a kick to the ribs.
Mandiang scores with a nice body kick.
Kerr takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Mandiang lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kerr walks into a stiff left hand from Mandiang.
Mandiang sends Kerr crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Mandiang is motioning to the referee to let Kerr up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Kerr is rocked!
Kerr is holding his hands too far apart here. Mandiang throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Kerr is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
