Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ricardo Cruz (ranked 492 p4p, 856 weight class) and Schwartz Gomez (ranked 64 p4p, 111 weight class). Gomez has chosen POP SMOKE - GOT IT ON ME as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

We've been hearing reports that Cruz has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

A jab and a right hook connect and Cruz buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Cruz!! Cruz is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Gomez throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
