Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Haruki Johnson (ranked 290 p4p, 659 weight class) and Vadius Highwind (ranked 49 p4p, 108 weight class). Chooooooooon! Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vadius Highwind!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Radbod Blank and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Highwind misses.
Johnson takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Johnson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Highwind.

Highwind uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Johnson.
Johnson throws a hook but Highwind avoids it easily.
Johnson looks to throw the jab but Highwind is out of range.

Highwind tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Johnson was well out of range. Poor timing from Highwind.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Johnson's jab looks to have found its range, popping Highwind under the eye.

Johnson lands a nice leg kick that just misses Highwind's sensitive parts.
Johnson throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Haruki Johnson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

letting Johnson counter with a right hand.
Highwind comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Johnson circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Highwind to the canvas! Highwind doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Johnson keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
