Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Walter Conway (ranked 3720 p4p, 5133 weight class) and Sean Pereira (ranked 382 p4p, 466 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Walter Conway!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sean Pereira!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conway misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Conway really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Conway takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Conway closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Pereira did well to prevent Conway getting side control.
Pereira manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Conway gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Conway is trying hard to land a takedown here. Pereira sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Pereira throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Conway stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Pereira lands a nice hook to Conway's body. Conway takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Conway takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Conway gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Pereira counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Walter Conway. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Pereira throws a looping overhand right but Conway ducks down to avoid it.

Pereira scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Conway closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Pereira's guard.
Conway will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Pereira wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Conway manages to pass to side control.
Pereira is trying to escape back to his feet but Conway uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Conway prevents Pereira from escaping the position.
Conway decides to stand back up.
Conway wants to clinch.

Conway shoots in and bounces Pereira off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Pereira pushes Conway off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Pereira misses with the combination.
Pereira's coach down at 3Band MMA was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Pereira's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Conway tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Pereira counters with a straight right hand.

Pereira looks to land a combination. Conway sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Conway is rocked!
It looks like Walter Conway has been cut.
Pereira wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Pereira changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Pereira's jab looks to have found its range, popping Conway under the eye.
Oh Conway is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pereira defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Conway.
Conway seems to have got his legs back now.
Pereira connects with a good right hand that stumbles Conway. Conway circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Pereira is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Conway rather than just go for the knockout.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Pereira scores with a one two! Conway had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Pereira connects with a body shot that sends Conway's belly button to the back.
Pereira throws a good cross that connects.
Pereira lands with a right that hurts Conway. Conway looks to clinch but Pereira throws a short knee that drops Conway. This one is all over!
