Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nick Peterson!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Donatello Bradman and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peterson moves into the clinch successfully.
Joon is trying to pull guard but Peterson turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Peterson lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Joon tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Peterson just stands there and leans against the cage.
Joon is trying to drag Peterson to the mat but Peterson just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mae Joon. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Joon ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Joon no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Joon is looking for a triangle but Peterson pushes his legs off easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Joon has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Peterson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Joon is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Joon is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Peterson frees his head nicely. Oh but Joon has switched to an armbar! Peterson is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
