Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Miet Cleever (ranked 29 p4p, 72 weight class) and Wusan Ritori (ranked 7 p4p, 17 weight class). Ritori comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Woo-Hah!! Got You All In Check kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Wusan Ritori!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Percy O'Donnell and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Cleever, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Ritori flicks out a counter leg kick but Cleever steps away.
Ritori throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ritori looks for the body kick but Cleever saw that one coming.
Cleever seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Good leg kick by Ritori.
Ritori walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Cleever checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Ritori fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Cleever checks a leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ritori on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Ritori takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Ritori appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Cleever throws a push kick but Ritori slaps the foot to one side.
Ritori shapes to counter with a head kick.
Ritori shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ritori takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Ritori lands with a nice body punch.
Ritori slips under a jab from Cleever.
Ritori goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Ritori fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Cleever.
Ritori throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Cleever scores with a jab. Ritori acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

It looks like Wusan Ritori has been cut.
Ritori takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Cleever slips under a jab.
Cleever looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
Ritori throws the kick towards the body but Cleever avoids it.
Cleever was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ritori connects with an inside leg kick.
Ritori takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Cleever lands a left and a right that send Ritori crashing to the mat, dazed. Cleever thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cleever fails with an attempt to clinch.
Cleever rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Ritori counters with a right hand to the body.

Cleever lands a left and a right that send Ritori crashing to the mat, dazed. Cleever thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Ritori is rocked!
Ritori gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Cleever gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Miet Cleever!

After winning the bout, Miet Cleever thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
