The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tartakov throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Young.
Nice defenses there by Tartakov.
Tartakov feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Youngs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Young takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Tartakov connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Young swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Tartakov jabs Young right on the nose. Young blinks but takes it well.
Old Leg Tartakov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Young looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Young slips a straight right by Tartakov.
Tartakov moves out of range of the strikes.
Tartakov scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

It looks like Ryder Young has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Young drops Tartakov with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Tartakov looks back up at him and smiles so Young waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

and Young counters with a crisp right that sends Tartakov to the canvas! Young follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
