Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bob Bronte (ranked 281 p4p, 311 weight class) and Mac Anudo (ranked 22 p4p, 24 weight class). Bronte comes to the cage accompanied by Buffalo Charge by Dub Phizix and Strategy. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bob Bronte!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 12 - 1, fighting out of New York, Mac Anudo!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Phil Schofield and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bronte connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Anudo's hands.
It looks like Mac Anudo has been cut.
Anudo takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Bronte misses with the combination.
Bronte slips a straight right by Anudo.
Anudo throws a front kick aimed at Bronte's knee but Bronte avoids it well.
Bronte lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Bronte has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Rough House in the buildup to the fight.

and Anudo counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Anudo manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bronte manages to get himself to full guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Bronte tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Anudo wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Anudo closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Bronte's guard.
Anudo drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Bronte manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Anudo has Bronte in his guard.
Anudo escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bronte gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Bronte slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bronte is working for an americana but Anudo has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Bronte was thinking about the submission.
Anudo looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Bronte is defending well. Anudo quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Bronte has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Anudo celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

A very excited looking Mac Anudo made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
