The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Draganov avoids a punch combination nicely.
Draganov throws a low kick but Shakes moves out of range easily.
Shakes was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Draganov shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Draganov takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
The fighters circling - Shakes throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Draganov only half commits to the counter leg kick.

Draganov throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Shakes.
Shakes has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Roosters Coop in the buildup to the fight.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Shakes lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Draganov circles away quickly and effectively.
