Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Lyubof Nurmagomedov (ranked 3460 p4p, 3537 weight class) and Doo Ho Choi (ranked 221 p4p, 226 weight class). Choi has chosen Superman theme as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Lyubof Nurmagomedov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Doo Ho Choi!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Bruno Lombardi and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nurmagomedov throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Nurmagomedov cracks Choi with a good jab.
A lazy left from Choi finds it's target.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Nurmagomedov.
Nurmagomedov closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Choi to the mat! Choi manages to get full guard.
Nurmagomedov throwing strikes but missing.
Choi is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nurmagomedov landing some decent shots from guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Nurmagomedov working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Choi's head.

Choi working for submissions but it's allowed Nurmagomedov to get to half guard.
Choi tries to get to full guard but Nurmagomedov has control of the leg.

Nurmagomedov seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Choi is defending against the submission attempts here by Nurmagomedov.
Nurmagomedov is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Choi doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Nurmagomedov.
Nurmagomedov slows the pace down in half guard.

Nurmagomedov looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Choi with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Choi is looking for a sweep. Nurmagomedov is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Choi is in trouble now - Nurmagomedov has advanced to mount!
Nurmagomedov landing strikes, looking to finish!
The referee warns Choi that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Choi is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nurmagomedov postures up and throws a big right hand. BOOM! Right on the button! Choi is out cold - huge knockout for Nurmagomedov!
