Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Stan Man (ranked 1796 p4p, 3553 weight class) and Toshiro Hitsugaya (ranked 129 p4p, 240 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 15 - 12 - 2, fighting out of London, Stan Man! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 8 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Toshiro Hitsugaya! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Bruno Lombardi and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hitsugaya defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Man. Hitsugaya was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. Hitsugaya throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Man shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Hitsugaya counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. A low kick from Hitsugaya misses and Man counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Man. Man is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Man seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hitsugaya can do anything to dispel that myth. Man is working Hitsugaya over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Man is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Man is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Man scoring with some ground and pound. Man passes Hitsugaya's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Hitsugaya wants to control but Man passes into side.
Hitsugaya is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Man is controlling him well. Hitsugaya is trying to improve his position. Man lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Man is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Hitsugaya is trying to escape and Man transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Hitsugaya is forced to tap! Nice work there by Man! Very nice indeed!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Stan Man! Stan Man seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
