Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Atticus Finch (ranked 343 p4p, 657 weight class) and Destin Craven (ranked 26 p4p, 48 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Finch might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Ghetto Bird- Ice Cube. Atticus Finch could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Destin Craven's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 39 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Atticus Finch!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 24 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Destin Craven!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Patrick Alders and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Craven fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Finch steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Craven.
A little feinted left hand from Finch on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Finch has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
A punch lands to the side of Finch 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Craven is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Finch.
Craven misses with a lunging right hand
and Finch counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Craven has his takedown stuffed
and Finch counters with a nice uppercut.
Craven uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Finch.
Craven is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
Craven ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Finch moves away.
Craven tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Finch lands with an uppercut that bounces Craven off the cage and back into range.
Craven is rocked!
Craven throws a right hand that misses
and Finch counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Atticus Finch!
