Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jay Reepo (ranked 1239 p4p, 1200 weight class) and Volodymyr Kersikov (ranked 91 p4p, 85 weight class). Kersikov is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by DEF LEPPARD - Pour Some Sugar On Me. Jay Reepo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Volodymyr Kersikov!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Glass and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kersikov uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Reepo.
Reepo scores with a decent looking hook.
Reepo throws an overhand right that lands on Kersikov's shoulder, as Kersikov tries to avoid the shot.
Reepo is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Reepo with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Kersikov to score with a decent uppercut.
Reepo missing with a left hand there. Kersikov was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
A big right from Reepo misses.
Kersikov feints the counter takedown.
Kersikov closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Kersikov lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Reepo down.

Kersikov has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Reepo to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Kersikov is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Reepo pulls down on the head and he's put Kersikov to sleep! This one is all over!
