Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Heung Min Choi (ranked 725 p4p, 453 weight class) and Tadahiro Nomura (ranked 53 p4p, 31 weight class). Choi's entrance music is Black Eyed Bruiser. A fine choice. Nomura has chosen Nomura as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Heung Min Choi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tadahiro Nomura!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Eddie Farnsworth and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Choi.
We've been told by Choi's head coaches at SYDNEY ELITE GYM that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Choi misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Nomura counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Choi waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Nomura.
Nomura throws out a counter right but Choi avoids it with no problem.
Nomura gets a double leg takedown into Choi's guard.
Choi manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Nomura breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Choi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Nomura was well out of range. Poor timing from Choi.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Nomura counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

and Nomura connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Nomura lands a nice hook to Choi's body. Choi takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Oh Choi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Choi throws a lazy right hand but Nomura sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Choi misses with a body punch
and Nomura counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Choi badly! He tries to strike back but Nomura puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Choi out cold! Oh man, Choi will never hear the end of this one!
