The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hubley decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Penn trying to control but Hubley postures up.
Penn is trying to stand up here but Hubley is controlling him well.
Hubley is thwarting Penn's attempts to control the position.
Hubley not doing much here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Penn tries to roll over but Hubley keeps him under control.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hubley lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Penn tries to roll over but Hubley keeps him under control.
Hubley is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Penn is in all sorts of trouble here.

Hubley has hold of Penn's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Penn manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Hubley avoids the attempt from Penn to control.
Hubley looking to finish Penn with some ground and pound. This is bad for Penn!
Penn is working to get back to half guard.
Hubley lands a nice shot to the head.

Hubley has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Penn's face.
Hubley connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Oooooh, big shot lands for Hubley! Penn is hurt baaadly! Hubley is firing away with more strikes - Penn is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
