Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Baba Yaga (ranked 1254 p4p, 1930 weight class) and Simo Hayha (ranked 154 p4p, 222 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Hayha. Those never looked like landing.
The fighters circling - Hayha throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Yaga seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Yaga connects with a crisp jab.
Yaga tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hayha was well out of range. Poor timing from Yaga.
Yaga cracks Hayha with a good jab.
Hayha throws a jab but it's blocked by Yaga.

Hayha looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Hayha throws the left hand but Yaga avoids the punch easily.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Baba Yaga seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hayha looks to land a left hand but Yaga moved out of range nicely.

Hayha is rocked!
Hayha is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Yaga doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Hayha crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Hayha's bad books for that mishap!
