Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ricky Iron!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Liam Harrington!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paul Aken and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Iron wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Harrington takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Iron stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Harrington walks into a stiff left hand from Iron.
Harrington fails with a takedown attempt.
Iron lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Iron thuds his right hand into Harrington's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Iron with a nice calf kick.
Iron misses with a straight left.
Iron lands an overhand right.
Harrington defending well as Iron loads up on a big left hand.
Iron ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Harrington moves away.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A slapping leg kick lands for Iron.
Iron turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Harrington shoots for a double leg takedown but Iron sprawls well. He's pushed Harrington's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
As Harrington backs away, Iron returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Iron lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Harrington throws a nice head kick!
It looks like Ricky Iron has been cut.
Iron throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Harrington throws a wild body kick that Iron sees coming a mile off.

Iron throws a quick counter kick to the body but Harrington avoids it.
Harrington takes one to the side of the head.
An inside leg kick lands from Iron.
A nice leg kick lands there from Iron.
Iron misses with a head kick.
Iron throws a nice outside leg kick.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Iron.
Harrington throws a jab when Iron was well out of range.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Iron keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Harrington just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromIron.
Ricky Iron has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Liam Harrington.
Harrington looks winded!
Iron scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Harrington doesn't seem bothered though.
Harrington closes the distance and clinches up with Iron, looking for a takedown. Harrington pushes Iron against the cage but Iron circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Harrington moves in looking to clinch but Iron pushes him off.
Iron was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Harrington looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Iron on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Good leg kick by Iron.
Iron throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Harrington.
Iron dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Harrington keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Iron misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Iron cracks Harrington with a right hand to the side of the head.
Harrington drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Harrington working away.
Harrington is working to tighten his grip on Iron's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Iron has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Harrington is really squeezing tight and eventually Iron passes out! Harrington breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
