Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gabrijel Bozic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Karel Sup!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sup misses with a few strikes there.
Sup misses with a shot to the body
and Sup takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Sup lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Bozic throws a leg kick but Sup checks it.
Sup takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Bozic dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Sup. That did some damage!
Sup lands a nice shot that snaps Bozic's head back.
Bozic moves away from the strike by Sup.
Sup misses with a combination
and Bozic counters with a huge left! Sup is in big trouble! He's backing up but Bozic isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Sup from any more damage. A dominating finish by Bozic!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gabrijel Bozic!
