The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donk. Zakharov catches Olsen right on the button with a cross.
Zakharov throws a sloppy head kick
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Zakharov just misses with a punch to the body.
Olsen keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Zakharov throws a combination that misses
enabling Olsen to counter with a crisp jab.
Olsen drops his hands momentarily and Zakharov takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Zakharov cracks a nice hook into Olsen's ribs.

Olsen is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
Zakharov tries to bum rush Olsen with a series of wild strikes but Olsen uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Zakharov fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Olsen manages to avoid it.
Olsen thinks about the counter body kick.
Zakharov throws a body punch but Olsen moves out of range.
Zakharov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Olsen is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Zakharov throws a lazy uppercut
and Olsen counters with a leg kick.
Zakharov is breathing heavily.
Olsen fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Olsen is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Zakharov.

Zakharov throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Zakharov connects with a body shot.
Olsen lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Zakharov misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Olsen throws out a counter right but Zakharov avoids it with no problem.

Olsen tries to score with a low kick but Zakharov moves his leg out of the way.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Zakharov misses with a double jab
and Olsen counters with a huge left! Zakharov is in big trouble! He's backing up but Olsen isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Zakharov from any more damage. A dominating finish by Olsen!
