Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Marek Cervenka (ranked 917 p4p, 304 weight class) and Keith Kenneth Ferkingstad (ranked 70 p4p, 30 weight class). Ferkingstad comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Try That In A Small Town kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 17 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Marek Cervenka! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 28 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Keith Kenneth Ferkingstad! The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Daniel Cesar and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ferkingstad throws a looping overhand right but Cervenka ducks down to avoid it. Ferkingstad keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
It looks like Marek Cervenka has been cut. Cervenka stuns Ferkingstad with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Ferkingstad throws a leg kick but Cervenka sees it coming and checks it nicely. Cervenka looks to land a left hand but Ferkingstad moved out of range nicely. Cervenka swings for the body but Ferkingstad moves out of range.
Cervenka connects with a jab. Ferkingstad attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Cervenka lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Cervenka checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Cervenka tests Ferkingstad's chin there with a solid looking shot. Ferkingstad ducks under a wild hook from Cervenka. Ferkingstad slips a jab and a cross from Cervenka.
A head kick misses from Ferkingstad. Ferkingstad throws a hook but Cervenka avoids it easily. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ferkingstad misses with a low kick.
Ferkingstad lands the left hand. Ferkingstad shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Ferkingstad throws a solid leg kick but Cervenka takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Ferkingstad.
That's one minute gone in the round. A big left from Cervenka misses. Cervenka ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ferkingstad moves away. Ferkingstad uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Cervenka. A thudding body kick lands there by Ferkingstad!
Ferkingstad slips a jab from Cervenka. Ferkingstad cracks Cervenka with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Cervenka steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Ferkingstad. Ferkingstad just misses with a punch to the body.
Ferkingstad tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cervenka swats him away and circles back towards the center. Ferkingstad connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Cervenka is rocked! Cervenka glances at the clock... BAM! Ferkingstad nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Cervenka crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Cervenka is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Keith Kenneth Ferkingstad! During a confident post fight interview, Keith Kenneth Ferkingstad thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
