Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dakota Thibodeaux Jr. (ranked 529 p4p, 325 weight class) and Adams Menday (ranked 70 p4p, 43 weight class). Thibodeaux Jr. comes to the cage accompanied by Rags2Riches. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Menday scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Menday displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Thibodeaux Jr. looks to score with a jab to the body but Menday is just out of range.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Thibodeaux Jr. makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

A little feinted left hand from Thibodeaux Jr. on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

and Thibodeaux Jr. counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Thibodeaux Jr. lands a left and a right that send Menday crashing to the mat, dazed. Thibodeaux Jr. thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Menday is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Menday throws a poor cross that misses
and Thibodeaux Jr. counters with a big left hand that crumples Menday! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!

Dakota Thibodeaux Jr. tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
