Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 34 - 19 - 1, fighting out of London, David Choke!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 32 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Leif Leifsson!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Donald Grub and Phil Schofield.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leifsson throws a right hand that Choke ducks under and follows up with a left that Choke also avoids with ease.
Choke shoots in for a takedown but Leifsson shows good takedown defense.
It seemed like Leifsson was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Danga de danga de dang - Leifsson scores with a four punch combination!
Choke displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Leifsson throws out the jab.

Choke appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Leifsson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Choke was well out of range. Poor timing from Leifsson.
Choke is looking to counter the offense by Leifsson and move into the clinch.
Leifsson looks to throw the jab but Choke is out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Choke is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Choke tries to pull guard but Leifsson forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Leifsson struggles to land a body shot inside as Choke controls his hands.
Choke goes for a takedown attempt but Leifsson pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A lazy left from Leifsson finds it's target.

Leifsson pushes Choke up against the cage in a clinch.
A right handed body shot lands from Leifsson.
Leifsson scores with a hook to the body.
Leifsson lands an elbow just above Choke 's eye.
Leifsson creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Choke's defenses.

It looks like David Choke has been cut.
Leifsson lands an elbow just above Choke 's eye.
A right hook to the body lands for Leifsson.
Leifsson throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Choke takes an elbow to the temple.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Leifsson.

Choke is rocked!
Choke takes an elbow to the temple.
Oh Choke is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Leifsson creates some distance and fires off a vicious elbow that drops Choke! He pounces and finishes the fight with more strikes! Nice KO for Leifsson.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Leif Leifsson!
An out of breath Leif Leifsson thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
