PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bart Detweiler (ranked 1603 p4p, 1259 weight class) and Teo King (ranked 207 p4p, 161 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Teo King!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

King instigates a clinch.

King is fighting off a takedown attempt but Detweiler is just too persistent for him and manages to trip King to the mat. King regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

That was a close round but I would say that Bart Detweiler will probably get the nod.

King utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Detweiler accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

I would just about give that final round to Teo King.
