Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Luke Jackson (ranked 534 p4p, 530 weight class) and Huntti Mfer (ranked 65 p4p, 64 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Mfer misses its intended target.
A swing and a miss from Jackson.
Mfer ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Mfer throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
A punch lands to the side of Jackson 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Mfer fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Mfer misses the jab.
Huntti Mfer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mfer connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

It looks like Luke Jackson has been cut.
Mfer swings for the body but Jackson moves out of range.

Mfer has taken the fight to the clinch.
Jackson wants to get back to striking at distance but Mfer won't allow it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mfer drives through and clinches with Jackson against the cage.

Jackson is trying to push Mfer away but Mfer has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Jackson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jackson lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Mfer throws a hook but Jackson avoids it easily.

Jackson cracks Mfer with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Jackson misses with a hook. Mfer ducked under it nicely.

Mfer scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

As Mfer looks to move away, Jackson throws a big counter combo but Mfer just gets out of the way.
Jackson throws a shot from downtown. Mfer moves away and avoids it.
Jackson ducks right into an uppercut from Mfer.
Jackson throws out a loose jab but Mfer uses good head movement to avoid it.
Mfer moves out of range of the strikes.
Mfer is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jackson.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mfer uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jackson.

Mfer tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Jackson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Mfer lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Jackson backs up against the cage.
Jackson fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Mfer on the side of the head.
Jackson's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Jackson duly obliges.
Jackson lands a lovely overhand right.
Jackson tries to move into range but Mfer moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Jackson is rocked!
Mfer steps in with a hook that catches Jackson right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Mfer follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Jackson looks absolutely devastated.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Huntti Mfer!
Huntti Mfer got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
