The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hanma throws the left hand but LaFleur avoids the punch easily.

Hanma paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Hanma feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits LaFleurs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Hanma feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends LaFleur sprawling to the canvas! LaFleur rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Hanma finish him?!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A relieved looking Baki Hanma thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
