Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 37 - 26 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bon Adrien De Moncey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yaya Kouame!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Igor Prikhodko and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Kouame lands an impressive looking overhand right. De Moncey doesn't seem phased though.
A cross from Kouame lands.
Kouame throws a hook to the side of De Moncey's head but De Moncey sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
De Moncey shoots in and gets a takedown into Kouame's guard.
Kouame wants to stand up but De Moncey is controlling him.
De Moncey has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
De Moncey wants to control from the top but Kouame keeps moving.
De Moncey slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
De Moncey trying to control but Kouame is working from the bottom.
De Moncey looking to sit in guard and control but Kouame gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

De Moncey not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Kouame wants to get up but he can't break De Moncey's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
De Moncey is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Kouame has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of De Moncey is proving hard to escape from.
De Moncey working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kouame doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but De Moncey is tightening it up a little... Kouame has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Kouame reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Kouame taps out! Nice BJJ there by De Moncey!
