Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Makebono Bowen (ranked 6060 p4p, 4030 weight class) and Nathan Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Makebono Bowen has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Makebono Bowen seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Gwen Towbar and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bowen closes the distance looking to clinch
and Lee counters with a one-two to the body.
Bowen looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

and Lee counters with a combination of strikes to the head and body that crumple Bowen!
Bowen is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lee performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Oh Bowen is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bowen seems to have got his legs back now.
Lee is continuing to stall.

Lee's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Bowen looks to clinch
and Lee counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Bowen down! Lee is looking to finish but Bowen is intelligently defending himself.
Lee controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Lee loads up on a big left hand. Bowen felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Lee looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Bowen can't hide his disappointment, as Lee celebrates the victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nathan Lee!
