Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Iaspero Yalixqua (ranked 2420 p4p, 3884 weight class) and Addiel Glez (ranked 282 p4p, 0 weight class). Yalixqua comes into the arena with Stop This Flame blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 41 - 23 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, Iaspero Yalixqua!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Addiel Glez!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Yalixqua does it's job there.
It looks like Addiel Glez has been cut.
Yalixqua fakes the leg kick and cracks Glez in the body.
The fighters circle momentarily. Yalixqua darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Nice body kick from Yalixqua.
Glez steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Yalixqua. That one must have hurt.
Yalixqua has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Catch Wrestling L.A. in the buildup to the fight.
Glez looks winded!
Yalixqua drops Glez with a straight right hand, right on the button! Yalixqua follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Iaspero Yalixqua!
In his post fight interview, Iaspero Yalixqua started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
