Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Theros Ironfeld!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Nard Betker and Albert Achterberg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ironfeld throws a lazy uppercut
and Mineiro counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Ironfeld throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mineiro.
Mineiro tests Ironfeld's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Ironfeld jabs Mineiro right on the nose. Mineiro blinks but takes it well.
Ironfeld missing with a left hand there. Mineiro was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Mineiro throws a hook to the side of Ironfeld's head but Ironfeld sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Ironfeld avoids the body shot from Mineiro.
Mineiro throws an overhand right that lands on Ironfeld's shoulder, as Ironfeld tries to avoid the shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ironfeld is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Mineiro.

Ironfeld wants the takedown. Mineiro is fighting it off but Ironfeld persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Mineiro's guard against the cage.
Ironfeld is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Mineiro had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Ironfeld defends it easily.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Ironfeld accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Ironfeld wants to control from the top but Mineiro keeps moving.

Mineiro escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ironfeld gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Ironfeld distracts Mineiro with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Ironfeld postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Mineiro throws his legs up looking for a submission but Ironfeld uses it to pass to side control.

Ironfeld works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Nice uppercut lands for Ironfeld. That snapped Mineiro's head back.
Mineiro slips a jab from Ironfeld.
Mineiro half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Mineiro lands with a nice body punch.
Ironfeld's corner calls for a 1-2. Ironfeld obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

It looks like Elinho Mineiro has been cut.
Ironfeld fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Ironfeld scores with a jab to the jaw.
Ironfeld ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Mineiro gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Mineiro tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Ironfeld is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Mineiro buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Mineiro!! Mineiro is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Ironfeld throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Theros Ironfeld!
