Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pocket Rocket!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Saul Tacarante!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Jorge Garcia and Chad Campbell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Tacarante misses.
Rocket avoids a punch combination nicely.
Rocket is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Tacarante.
Rocket seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Rocket on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Rocket drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Tacarante lands a lovely overhand right.
A jab from Rocket does it's job there.
Rocket tries to close the distance and clinch but Tacarante swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Tacarante throws a right and a left that Rocket avoids nicely.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tacarante moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Rocket ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tacarante moves away.
Tacarante swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

and Tacarante counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Rocket misses with the combination.
Tacarante lands a jab to the head.
Tacarante throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Tacarante just misses with a punch to the body.
Rocket throws an off balance right hand
and Rocket takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Nice defenses there by Tacarante.
Rocket misses with a straight left.
Tacarante scores with a sloppy right hand. Rocket should have avoided that one.
Rocket misses the shot to the body.
Rocket missing with a left hand there. Tacarante was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Tacarante scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Pocket Rocket seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tacarante moves out of range of the strikes.

Tacarante takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Tacarante has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Tacarante connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Rocket momentarily.
Oh Rocket is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Tacarante has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

and Tacarante counters with a crisp right that sends Rocket to the canvas! Tacarante follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
