Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Davonte Durant (ranked 676 p4p, 1226 weight class) and Waheed Saqqaf (ranked 43 p4p, 48 weight class). Durant's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, No Bullets Fly - Sabaton. Saqqaf has chosen The Endless River - Eternal Insomnia as his entrance music. Davonte Durant has the better chin. The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Durant on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Durant avoids the head kick by Saqqaf.
Durant tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Saqqaf with a nice calf kick.
Saqqaf misses with a straight left.
Durant lands with a shot to the body.
Durant looks to clinch
and Saqqaf connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Saqqaf throws a leg kick which misses Durant's front leg but catches the back leg as Durant tries to avoid it.
Saqqaf punishes Durant's body with a nice straight punch.
Saqqaf fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Durant manages to avoid it.
Durant uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Saqqaf.
Nice body punch from Saqqaf.
Saqqaf misses with a combination
and Durant counters with a crisp right that sends Saqqaf to the canvas! Durant follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
