Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jero Wolf (ranked 1204 p4p, 2613 weight class) and Lito Harrison (ranked 137 p4p, 284 weight class). Wolf comes to the cage accompanied by Better Together. Lito Harrison has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Jero Wolf!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lito Harrison!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Steve Smith and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wolf shoots in and bounces Harrison off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Harrison is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Wolf tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Harrison just stands there and leans against the cage.

It looks like Jero Wolf has been cut.
Harrison goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Harrison had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Wolf defends it easily.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Wolf has hold of Harrison's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Harrison manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Wolf is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Harrison can do to turn this around?

Wolf is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Wolf gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Wolf gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Wolf apologises and we restart here on the feet.

so Wolf counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Wolf tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Wolf has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

Wolf misses with a kick to the body.
Harrison throws a counter combo.
Wolf misses with a few strikes there.
Harrison takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Harrison loads up on a big right hand but Wolf slips the punch.
Wolf swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Harrison throws a chopping leg kick but Wolf manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Wolf darts in looking for a takedown but Harrison gets double underhooks and turns Wolf into the cage.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wolf is looking to break free of the clinch but Harrison has double underhooks.
Wolf has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Harrison avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Harrison takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Harrison walks into a stiff left hand from Wolf.
Wolf throws out a loose jab but Harrison uses good head movement to avoid it.
Harrison connects with a solid leg kick.
Lito Harrison seems to be getting the better of the standup.
A looping hook to the body misses from Wolf. Harrison does a little dance to reset his feet.
Wolf backing away here, and Harrison unleashes a leg kick that just misses.

and Harrison counters with a big head kick but Wolf shrugs it off.

Harrison takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Wolf appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Wolf shoots in for a double leg but Harrison sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Jero Wolf seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Harrison closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
A low kick from Harrison is predictable there
and Harrison takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Harrison lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Wolf has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Wolf and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Harrison looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Wolf lands with an overhand left.

Wolf closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Harrison quickly recovers to half guard.
Harrison has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Wolf is working away from the top position though.

Jero Wolf showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Wolf, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A very excited looking Jero Wolf rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
