Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Diego Lopes (ranked 2644 p4p, 734 weight class) and Archibald Schwarzenegger (ranked 214 p4p, 71 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lopes dives in and grabs Schwarzenegger's left leg, looking for a takedown. Schwarzenegger pushes down on Lopes's head and hops out.
Schwarzenegger bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Lopes's head backwards.
Nice sprawl there from Schwarzenegger as Lopes shoots in.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Schwarzenegger creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Lopes ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Lopes no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Schwarzenegger not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Schwarzenegger's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Schwarzenegger trying to control the position from guard on top but Lopes is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Schwarzenegger tries to free his leg and advance position but Lopes is retaining full guard.

Schwarzenegger thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Schwarzenegger drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Schwarzenegger jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Schwarzenegger must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Lopes has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Schwarzenegger is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Lopes.
Lopes tries to improve position but can't.
Lopes is not content to let Schwarzenegger control the position.
Schwarzenegger thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Archibald Schwarzenegger dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Schwarzenegger. Lopes shrugs it off though.
Lopes tries to close the distance and clinch but Schwarzenegger swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Schwarzenegger circles away from the clinch attempt.
Schwarzenegger bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Schwarzenegger has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Both fighters circling a little - Schwarzenegger finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Schwarzenegger lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Schwarzenegger throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Lopes shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Archibald Schwarzenegger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Schwarzenegger lands with a big right hook that stumbles Lopes - he's out on his feet here! Schwarzenegger follows up with another monster hook that separates Lopes from consciousness! Lopes falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Schwarzenegger stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
