Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mason Barbosa (ranked 1811 p4p, 3802 weight class) and Oleg Brabec (ranked 193 p4p, 371 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Mason Barbosa has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Mason Barbosa seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Oleg Brabec!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brabec clobbers Barbosa with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
A jab from Brabec finds it's way through Barbosa's defenses.
Brabec throws a hook but Barbosa blocks it.
Barbosa tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Brabec was well out of range. Poor timing from Barbosa.
It seemed like Brabec was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Brabec is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
