Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dionizy Kruczek (ranked 1192 p4p, 1229 weight class) and Pyotr Petrov (ranked 132 p4p, 138 weight class). Kruczek comes to the cage accompanied by Born To Raise Hell. Pyotr Petrov has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petrov lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Petrov paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Kruczek closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Petrov quickly recovers to half guard.
Petrov is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Kruczek looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Kruczek shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Petrov eats them both and turns towards Kruczek to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kruczek is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Petrov knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kruczek remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

BOOM! Petrov lands a beautiful left hook that drops Kruczek. Kruczek tries to recover but Petrov is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Kruczek lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
