The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCoy throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
McCoy fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
McDonald takes one to the chin there.
McDonald bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
McCoy misses with an uppercut
and McDonald counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
McDonald takes a swing at McCoy's ribcage but misses.
McCoy lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McDonald walks into a jab.
McDonald throws an ugly left hook that misses
letting McCoy counter with a right hand.
McCoy avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
McCoy misses with a left hand
and McCoy takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
That's one minute gone in the round.
McDonald connects with an inside leg kick.
McCoy has his takedown stuffed
and McDonald counters with a straight right hand.
McCoy is rocked!
McDonald knocks out McCoy with a massive right hand! The ref tackles McDonald before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. McDonald picks up the big W with a huge KO!
