Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Broady Hallows (ranked 1238 p4p, 1170 weight class) and Tom Korppila (ranked 114 p4p, 108 weight class). Hallows comes to the cage accompanied by POSTALMONDCLARITY. Korppila comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Mustasch - The Mauler kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 3, fighting out of Sydney, Broady Hallows!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Tom Korppila!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Roger Salmon and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Korppila lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Hallows at a distance.
Korppila ducks under a wild hook from Hallows.
Hallows takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Hallows tries to clinch but Korppila is having none of it.
Hallows throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A big right from Hallows misses.
Hallows misses with a straight left.

It seemed like Korppila was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Korppila closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hallows to the mat! Hallows manages to get full guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hallows tries to kick Korppila off in order to stand up. Korppila Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

Korppila scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Hallows to see if he's OK.

Hallows manages to work his way to half guard, despite Korppila's best efforts.

Hallows has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Korppila is on him like a limpet, forcing Hallows back against the cage.

Hallows takes one to the chin there.
Korppila shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Hallows manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Horrible takedown attempt by Korppila or perhaps it was just good defense by Hallows, which made it look bad.

Korppila tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hallows was well out of range. Poor timing from Korppila.
Hallows looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Hallows takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Korppila connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Korppila goes for a takedown in the clinch but Hallows prevents it.
Broady Hallows has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tom Korppila.
Hallows misses with an elbow over the top.
Korppila tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Hallows smiles and moves away.
Hallows cracks Korppila with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
