Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Christian Dresner (ranked 857 p4p, 1781 weight class) and Velha Maldita (ranked 116 p4p, 238 weight class). Velha Maldita is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Christian Dresner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 13 - 6 - 1, fighting out of London, Velha Maldita! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Phil Schofield and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dresner throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Dresner looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Dresner throws a body shot but no joy. A looping hook to the body misses from Dresner. Maldita does a little dance to reset his feet. Maldita doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Maldita moves away from the strike by Dresner. Dresner uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Maldita. Dresner half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A looping hook to the body misses from Dresner. Maldita does a little dance to reset his feet. Maldita now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Nice shot lands for Maldita.
That's one minute gone in the round. Maldita misses with the combination.
Maldita misses with a wild body shot. Dresner moves out of range of the strikes. Maldita fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Dresner looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Maldita looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Dresner is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Maldita takes a swing at Dresner's ribcage but misses. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Dresner.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Maldita staying out of range there. Maldita keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A big right from Dresner misses. Maldita looks like he wants to counter punch here. Maldita misses the shot to the body. Maldita loads up on a big right hand but Dresner slips the punch. Dresner tries to counter with a takedown but Maldita is quick to defend against it. Dresner darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Maldita works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Maldita looks to score with a jab to the body but Dresner is just out of range. Maldita fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Dresner is rocked! Maldita misses the shot to the body. Maldita uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dresner.
Maldita looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Maldita doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Dresner uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Maldita.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dresner takes a swing at Maldita's ribcage but misses. A little jabbing left from Maldita on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Maldita misses with a hook. Dresner ducked under it nicely. Dresner appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Dresner uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Maldita.

Maldita swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Nice straight punches there by Dresner. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Dresner. Dresner walks into a stiff left hand from Maldita. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Maldita drops Dresner with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Dresner looks back up at him and smiles so Maldita waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Oh Dresner is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
It looks like Christian Dresner has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Maldita uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dresner.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Velha Maldita dominated that round. The cut man is working on Christian Dresner's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Dresner throws a sloppy body shot
and Maldita scores with a counter punch that sends Dresner to the canvas! Maldita smells blood - he's punishing Dresner with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Dresner has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Velha Maldita! An out of breath Velha Maldita thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
