The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodriguez takes a swing at Charleston's ribcage but misses.
Charleston checks a low kick from Rodriguez.
Rodriguez is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Charleston.
Charleston ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rodriguez moves away.
Rodriguez looks to score with a jab to the body but Charleston is just out of range.
Rodriguez shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Charleston but Charleston pushes him off and we're back to square one.
A cross from Charleston lands.
Charleston throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

Charleston really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rodriguez. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Rodriguez is taking a breather. Charleston says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Charleston keeps control of the position for the meantime.
Charleston is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
